The multiple fiber of the required fineness is twisted and then spun. This is followed by thermal fixation of the finished sewing thread blank. The result is a sewing thread of circular cross-section with excellent physical and mechanical properties. Dyeing is performed on high-pressure dyeing machines to the desired shade. The dyeing process itself is fully automated. Sewing lubrication is applied followed by laboratory control. The sewing thread is wound on the king bobbin in the required length. ULTRAPOLY sewing threads have the following specific properties: - even with a long sleeve, the thread does not fray, weaken or hairless along its entire length (only the ends are divided into 3 threads during sewing, but max. 3 cm long on the thread. Nothing interferes with sewing. - pass the whole thread through the toes between the threads, thus relieving all the tension of the thread and not twisting it when sewing (this applies to all types of beading threads) Other features guaranteed by the manufacturer: - abrasion resistance, high relative strength, high tensile strength at break, high seam strength, stable fixed twist, color fastness, resistance to common chemicals, mold and bacteria, resistance to stress during the sewing process
